Salesforce World Tour London 2025 – Our Highlights and Takeaways

Last week, Bluewave’s experts travelled to the Excel Centre in London to attend Salesforce’s Agentforce World Tour 2025, we also hosted our 4th Official Public Sector Networking Event, in partnership with Salesforce. Here is an overview of our team’s experiences at World Tour.

Another Salesforce World Tour London has come and gone, and this year’s event was bigger, bolder, and more inspiring than ever. Held, once again, at the Excel convention center, the day brought together thousands of Trailblazers, customers, partners, Salesforce leadership, and technical experts from across industries to learn, connect, and share the innovations that are shaping the future of customer experience. As always, the Bluewave team was thrilled to be part of the action.

From immersive keynote sessions – including a session from renowned documentary filmmaker, journalist, and author Louis Theroux – and live demos to cutting-edge AI showcases, and invaluable networking opportunities, Salesforce World Tour London once again proved why it’s a must-attend event for anyone interested in cutting edge technology and the future of digital transformation.

Key Themes from World Tour 2025

Salesforce used the stage this year to continue its strong emphasis on trusted AI, data-driven personalisation, and productivity across clouds. Agentforce took centre stage, with multiple sessions on agentic AI, including “Shift to an AI Agent-First Service Organisation,” “AI Agents: Smarter Service, Faster Resolution,” and “Sales Cloud: Drive Growth with the #1 Agentic Sales Platform.” Salesforce’s expert speakers delivered several talks about how connected data and AI can work seamlessly together to drive faster decisions and better experiences.

Multiple large customers also took to the stage to share how Salesforce technology and agentic AI have helped them better market to, engage with, provide services for, and retain their customers. Representatives from John Lewis, St James Place, and Aston Martin all shared their positive experiences with Salesforce, providing a look into how they use the technology to reach their unique goals.

Bluewave’s Public Sector Networking Event

As the day drew to a close at the Excel Centre, Bluewave’s experts were just getting started. For the fourth year running, we were asked by Salesforce to sponsor The Official Public Sector Afterparty for World Tour London. As platinum Salesforce partners with a solid reputation for delivering successful Salesforce-powered solutions for the UK public sector, we were happy to accept. For 2025, we made the decision to host the event at a new location – The WXYZ Bar at Aloft Hotel. The relaxed evening offered attendees the chance to unwind, share ideas, and connect with peers and experts from across the UK government and public services. The atmosphere was buzzing with conversation around innovation, collaboration, and what’s next for Salesforce, all in a spacious, upmarket setting.

Bluewave’s senior management team were all in attendance, with our CEO – Harry Dunne, Public Sector Lead and Sales Director – Paul Mooney, Delivery Director – Lorraine Nolan, and our Business Development Director – Finian Quinn all on hand to speak to existing and potential customers about our expertise with the Salesforce platform and our experience delivering success within the public sector.

Some of our technical team members were also in attendance, with Salesforce Consultants, Developers, and Solution Architects also available to discuss technical and business issues with customers who had questions. It was also great for those team members to meet some of the customers they’ve been collaborating with in person. It was also wonderful to see several of our valued customers in attendance for the night, including Angela Jenkins – IS Project Manager at Northumbrian Water and her team, Chris Harris – Salesforce Specialist at The Immigration Advice Authority, as well as representatives from NHS Shared Business Services, United Utilities, Forestry England, and many more.

With a private bar well stocked and delicious canapes making the rounds, the room quickly filled up, and it’s safe to say the event went really well. We’d like to thank all of our attendees – from the public sector, as well as utilities, finance, education, non-profit, and more, plus the Salesforce leaders and AEs that joined us, our own team members, and the wonderful staff at Aloft that ensured the event ran smoothly.
