Where our client has access to Salesforce premier support, we can advise on methodologies to reap the most benefit from this valuable service. The Bluewave support desk is available from 9AM to 5:30PM UK time Monday, which usually covers the requirements for most of our customers. However, for calls received outside of these business hours, we can optionally route those calls automatically to Salesforce Premier Support, which provides support 24/7 – 365 days a year.
We believe that a fundamental part of the support offering’s success is the support teams’ close access to the team that will have implemented the solution. In this regard, we can offer the best of both worlds: a local team supporting the solution with in-depth knowledge of what they implemented, whilst also offering some of the key benefits of Salesforce Premier Support (including 24/7/365 when required).
