We are thrilled to announce that Bluewave has been awarded the Irish Exporter to Scotland of the Year Award at the prestigious Causeway Awards 2024. This incredible recognition celebrates our commitment to delivering innovative, Salesforce-powered digital transformations across Scotland’s public sector and beyond. Winning this award not only underscores our achievements over the past year, but also highlights the importance of cross-border collaboration between Ireland and Scotland in driving digital transformation.
Celebrating Our Success in Scotland
Bluewave’s success in winning this award can be attributed to the impactful digital transformation projects we’ve delivered across Scotland in recent years. Our continued focus on public sector transformation made us a strong contender for the Irish Exporter to Scotland of the Year Award, which recognises businesses that have made a significant impact on the Scottish economy while driving forward innovation and success. We’re incredibly proud to be honored in this category and grateful to the Causeway Exchange for recognising our work.
Through our ongoing partnerships with key Scottish public sector organisations, including DTS Scotland, The Scottish National Investment Bank, Education Scotland, and Marine Scotland, we’ve had the privilege of supporting the modernisation of essential public services. These Salesforce-powered solutions have enabled our partners to streamline their processes, enhance citizen engagement, and work more efficiently to meet their goals. For instance, our collaboration with DTS Scotland has seen us deliver innovative, custom-built solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of many different parts of the Scottish Government – including Disclosure Scotland, Social Security Scotland, and the Scottish Public Pensions Authority. In parallel, our work with Marine Scotland and The Scottish National Investment Bank has allowed us to contribute to Scotland’s environmental and economic goals by improving data management, opportunity tracking, service delivery, regulation, and sustainability efforts.
A Night to Remember
The Causeway Awards were held on the 10th of October 2024 at the Assembly Rooms Edinburgh, a fitting venue for a celebration of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. The event brought together businesses and leaders from across Ireland, Northern Ireland, and Scotland for an evening of networking, celebration, and recognition of outstanding achievements. The awards ceremony itself was a grand affair, with many distinguished guests from both sides of the Irish Sea. As the evening progressed, the excitement grew as nominees in various categories were celebrated for their contributions to business growth, technology, and cross-border cooperation.
For Bluewave, the highlight of the night was undoubtedly the moment when we were announced as the winner of the Irish Exporter to Scotland of the Year Award. This accolade serves as a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team, as well as the strength of our partnerships with public sector clients across Scotland. Reflecting on the experience, we thoroughly enjoyed the evening, celebrating alongside our peers from across the business community in Ireland, Northern Ireland, and Scotland, as well as with our partners at Salesforce and Enterprise Ireland. The sense of camaraderie and mutual respect made the night even more special, as we celebrated not only our win but also the success of all the incredible businesses in attendance.
“On behalf of all at Bluewave, I was delighted to attend the Causeway Awards last week and accept the ‘Irish Exporter to Scotland of the Year Award.’ It was especially nice to be joined at the awards by AVP Sales Salesforce Public Sector UK & I, Kim Moram-Hogg (pictured below) – we work with her team on a daily basis, focusing on delivering high-level digital solutions right across the UK, on the extended Salesforce platform. I’d like to also say a special word of thanks to all the team in Bluewave, it’s the hard work and dedication of our technical staff, project managers, and internal team that make awards like this possible.” – Harry Dunne, CEO at Bluewave
