Membership Solutions Day 2025 – Our Experiences
Bluewave recently had the pleasure of exhibiting and presenting at The Membership Solutions Day 2025, held at the Novotel London West. The event, hosted by the MemberWise Network, brought together 85 membership sector leaders from across the UK, all under one roof to explore the latest innovations and strategies for driving income, growth, and member value.
As always, MemberWise delivered a highly engaging and insight-packed day, with representatives from some of the UK’s largest and most forward-thinking membership organisations in attendance. This included The Chartered College of Teaching, The UK Cyber Security Council, The Royal Society of Medicine, The Institute of Risk Management, National Farmers Union, and many more. The event provided a fantastic opportunity to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and explore the digital solutions shaping the future of the sector, from expert-led presentations to live demos and networking sessions – the day was filled with valuable insights that left delegates inspired and informed.

Showcasing Our Membership Solutions
Bluewave was proud to exhibit at the event, showcasing our Salesforce-powered membership offering and engaging with delegates about the challenges and opportunities facing their organisations. We spoke with a wide range of membership professionals throughout the day, demonstrating how Salesforce technology -combined with Bluewave’s strategic and technical expertise – can unlock new levels of efficiency, engagement, and value.

We also highlighted our ability to deliver end-to-end payment solutions through our partnership with FinDock. Daniel Trevethan – Regional Sales Director at FinDock – joined us at our exhibition stand. He was on hand to discuss how FinDock’s on-platform, fully integrated payment capabilities with Salesforce can help organisations manage donations, renewals, and subscriptions.
Driving Growth Through Innovation
Daniel was joined on stage by Bluewave’s Business Development Director and Membership Practice Lead: Finian Quinn to deliver a presentation as part of the event’s agenda. Their talk explored how leading membership organisations are using Salesforce to grow and scale, covering key themes such as:
- Leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver timely, personalised communications
- Using Experience Cloud to build modern self-service member portals and dashboards
- Streamlining service requests and member case management with Service Cloud
- Introducing AI-powered automation through Agentforce to reduce manual admin and enhance member experiences
Finian and Dan’s session provided attendees with a practical view of how cloud-based solutions can transform operations, boost engagement, and support growth in a sustainable and future-proof way. The presentation was well received and followed by a speed networking session that allowed Finian the opportunity to delve deeper into our membership offering for customers, and answer any questions that event attendees had.
