Irish Dreamin’ 2025: Our Experiences

The Salesforce community is a vibrant space, built on collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and a passion for innovation, and Irish Dreamin’ 2025 brought that spirit to Ireland for the first time. London’s Calling and CzechDreamin are staples on the Bluewave calendar, and it was great to add another exciting event to the list in 2025. Created independently by a team of dedicated Salesforce experts – including Bluewave’s very own Barry Hughes and Jorgan StrathmanIrish Dreamin’ was designed to create an opportunity for professionals in Ireland to connect, learn, and grow. Upon hearing about Barry and Jorgan’s plans for Irish Dreamin’, Bluewave was excited to be a partial sponsor of the inaugural event, which brought together an impressive lineup of speakers, engaging sessions, and a thriving community atmosphere. Several members of our team, including both UK-based and Irish employees, travelled to Dublin to experience this milestone event firsthand and to celebrate the hard work that went into making it a reality.

About Irish Dreamin’

Irish Dreamin’ was born from a desire to bridge the gap for Salesforce professionals in Ireland. While the country is home to a vibrant tech sector, there has never been an event of this scale dedicated to the local Salesforce ecosystem. Irish Dreamin’ 2025 brought together Salesforce admins, architects, consultants, developers, ISVs, marketers and technology partners for a day of immersive learning. The event provided the opportunity for attendees to learn directly from local industry leaders, through deep technical sessions, and expert-led demos on data, AI, CRM, and trust.

“With Irish Dreamin’, we aimed to bridge a gap for Salesforce professionals in Ireland, offering world-class talks, networking, and professional development opportunities locally. It was also about giving back and showcasing the incredible work happening in our local community. On the day, we announced a donation to Concern Worldwide (one of Ireland’s largest charities), and to YuerDreamin’, a sister community conference in Amsterdam.” – Jorgan Strathman – Technical Lead at Bluewave
