Bluewave, Aspire Systems, and Method4 Unite at Wales Tech Week 2025

Bluewave was delighted to join forces with Aspire Systems and Method4 to co-exhibit at Wales Tech Week 2025, celebrating innovation, collaboration and digital transformation at one of Wales’ flagship technology events. Exhibiting together as part of the wider Aspire family marked an exciting milestone, both professionally and culturally, as our teams came together under one banner to engage with the Welsh technology community.

Earlier this year, Bluewave officially joined the Aspire family, opening the door to even greater collaboration, scale, and shared expertise across industries and geographies. Since the acquisition, collaboration between Bluewave and Aspire Systems (as well as Cardiff-based Method4, who were acquired by Aspire in 2024) has gone from strength to strength, culminating in our shared presence at Wales Tech Week. Exhibiting together at a single stand symbolised not only our growing partnership, but a shared commitment to delivering meaningful digital transformation for public and private sector organisations alike. The event offered a fantastic opportunity for Bluewave colleagues to connect in person with Aspire and Method4 team members, strengthening relationships that have been rapidly developing over recent months. It also provided a valuable platform to meet technology leaders, business owners and innovators from across Wales, exchanging ideas and exploring how digital, data and AI-driven solutions can support regional growth and resilience.

Celebrating Innovation at Wales Tech Week

Wales Tech Week continues to cement its reputation as the leading technology showcase for Wales, bringing together innovators, entrepreneurs, public sector leaders, investors and global technology providers. With a strong focus on driving economic growth through digital innovation, the event offers a vibrant programme of talks, panels and demonstrations spanning multiple sectors — from manufacturing and fintech to public services, sustainability and emerging technology. This year’s agenda placed a clear spotlight on AI and digital transformation across manufacturing and the service sector, reflecting the growing importance of intelligent, data-driven solutions in today’s fast-moving economic landscape. Sessions explored how organisations can adopt AI responsibly, scale digital platforms effectively and ensure technology investments deliver measurable outcomes.

For Bluewave, Aspire and Method4, the event aligned closely with our shared mission: helping organisations modernise operations, improve customer and citizen experiences, and unlock greater value from platforms like Salesforce and cloud-based technologies.

Insightful Sessions and Industry Voices

One of the highlights of Wales Tech Week was its diverse speaker lineup, featuring leaders from industry, government and technology innovation. Across the programme, speakers addressed practical challenges facing organisations today — from operational efficiency and skills shortages to data governance, cybersecurity and ethical AI adoption. These discussions reinforced many of the conversations we had at our stand, particularly around the need for outcome-focused digital transformation. Delegates were keen to understand not just what technologies are emerging, but how they can be implemented sustainably, securely and at scale — especially within regulated environments such as the public sector, utilities and financial services.

The emphasis on collaboration across ecosystems resonated strongly. Wales Tech Week showcased how partnerships between technology providers, public bodies and regional organisations can accelerate innovation while remaining grounded in local needs – something Method4 has championed through its work within the Welsh public sector, and something Bluewave knows so well considering our expertise across the UK public sector, especially in Scotland, as well as local councils and the NHS.

One Stand, One Vision

Our shared stand became a hub for conversations about Salesforce-powered transformation, AI adoption, data-driven decision-making and citizen-centric service design. Together, Bluewave, Aspire and Method4 were able to demonstrate how global expertise and local insight can combine to deliver impactful solutions — whether that’s modernising customer engagement, streamlining internal processes, or enabling smarter use of data and automation. The presence of Method4 brought invaluable Welsh public sector perspective, while Aspire Systems’ global scale and delivery capability complemented Bluewave’s deep Salesforce expertise and UK public sector experience. This blend sparked meaningful discussions around future collaboration and highlighted the strength of the Aspire family as a collective.

For Bluewave, the event reinforced the value of collaboration – not just between organisations, but across regions and sectors – as we continue to support digital transformation across the UK and beyond. We left the event inspired by the energy of the Welsh tech community and excited about the opportunities ahead. As part of the Aspire Systems family, and alongside Method4, we look forward to continuing the conversations sparked at Wales Tech Week and translating them into real-world impact for our customers.
